Jean Monnet Actions run under Erasmus+ to support teaching, learning, research and debates on various aspects of the European Union.

From March 2021, under the Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027, Jean Monnet Actions offer new funding opportunities for:

• schools
• vocational education and training institutes
• teacher training organisations
• promotion of debates and exchanges on EU subjects in secondary education institutions

This enlarged offer builds on the success of the actions which, since 1989, have focused on higher education institutions. It means Jean Monnet Actions continues working to bring positive and long-lasting effects to pupils and students, teachers and professors, education institutions and promoting organisations, as well as to the policy systems within which they are framed.
